1995 - Shanghai Waysmos was established and became the first HFC227ea manufacturer in China.

2003 - Waysmos became the first company in Asia to receive UL approval for HFC227ea.

2004 - New branch and warehouse were established in Hong Kong.

2009 - HFC227ea plant relocated to Quzhou, a very robust and secure supply chain was established.

2010 - New branch and warehouse were established in USA.

2011 - Waysmos expanded its production line to HFC236fa and HFC125.

2012 - Waysmos became the first company in Asia to receive FM approval for HFC227ea, UL approval for HFC236fa and HFC125.

2013 - Acquired Shanghai Kidde, a company specialized in manufacturing foam concentrate, which was renamed to Shanghai Waysmos Fire Suppression Fighting Co.,Ltd.This acquisition reinforced Waysmos’ singular focus and dedication to fire suppression chemicals.

2014 - A new Waysmos R&D center was setup in Shanghai.

2015 - Success from the R&D center via a technological breakthrough for HFC236fa extinguishers.

2016 - Waysmos expanded its production line to FK5112 and received UL approval for FK5112.

2018 - Waysmos received FM approval for FK5112.
